Judge Frollo
You know the man who is the ‘caretaker’ of Quasimodo in Hunchback of Notre Dame; he’s a fucking creep. But, despite how much he creeps me the fuck out, he’s such a great character. The viewer, well an adult who’s actually paying attention, knows exactly why he feels the way he does and then acts the way he does because of it.
